Golemagg the Incinerator

Here are the abilities to watch for:
Golemagg
- Magma Splash: Stacking Fire DoT that also reduces armor. Randomly applied to all players in melee range of Golemagg.
- Pyroblast: Instant Fire damage, plus a DoT. Targets random players.
- Earthquake: Deals ~1500 damage to all nearby players (18yds).
Core Ragers
- Mangle: Inflicts 300 damage every 2 sec and slows movemeny by 300% for 20 sec.
The main tank should hold Golemagg still while the OT holds both Core Ragers further away. The Core Ragers are immortal, so all DPS should focus Golemagg.
Melee DPS need to be aware of their Magma Splash stacks and get out of melee range if stacks build too high, especially when an unlucky Earthquake can push them over the edge.
Be aware that unlike Vanilla, the Core Rager’s Mangle (on all Heat levels) will practically immobilize the tank holding them, so it’s best to put a tank with a ranged taunt on the adds in case one gets loose.
Heat Level Changes
Compared to Vanilla:
- Instead of casting Earthquake at 10% health, Golemagg now casts it randomly throughout the fight.
In addition to needing 96 Fire Resist:
- Boulders will fall from the sky randomly throughout the fight; they are an instant kill if you don’t dodge them.
In addition to needing 226 Fire Resist:
- Core Ragers are permanently buffed with Enrage, increasing damage and attack speed.
